dotinstall, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") hereby establishes this Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as "this Policy") regarding the handling of user information, including personal information, in the application "Tap Tap 25" (hereinafter referred to as "the App"). If you are a minor, please use the App only with the consent of a parent or guardian.

1. User Information Collected and Methods of Collection

"User information" in this Policy includes "personal information" and "personal-related information" as defined by the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (hereinafter referred to as the "Personal Information Protection Act"). Note: The Company does not directly collect this data. Apple may provide it to the Company in the form of aggregated statistical information that cannot identify individuals.

1.2.3. Diagnostic Data (Managed by Apple)

The following data is collected and managed by Apple Inc.

  1. Crash data (crash logs, error information, etc.)
  2. Performance data (launch time, response time, memory usage, etc.)
  3. Device information (OS version, device model, screen resolution, etc.)
  4. Other data collected for the purpose of measuring technical diagnostics related to the App

Note: The Company does not directly collect this data. Apple may provide it to the Company in the form of aggregated statistical information that cannot identify individuals.

1.3. Information Not Collected

The App does not collect the following information:

  1. Personally identifiable information such as name or phone number (except for email address when making inquiries)
  2. Precise location information
  3. Advertising identifiers (IDFA, etc.)
  4. Contact information
  5. Access to photos, camera, or microphone

2. Purpose of Use of Collected Data

The Company uses user information collected from users for the following purposes. When collecting user information, the Company may notify users of individual purposes not listed below and request consent.

2.1. Purpose of Use of Inquiry Information

  1. Responding to inquiries from users
  2. Providing support related to the App
  3. Contacting users (only when necessary)

2.2. Purpose of Use of Game Data

  1. Recording and displaying game progress and scores

2.4. Purpose of Use of Diagnostic Data (Statistical Information Provided by Apple)

Statistical information provided by Apple is used for the following purposes:

  1. Improving App stability and fixing bugs
  2. Optimizing performance
  3. Identifying and resolving system errors
  4. Improving App quality
  5. Diagnosing and improving technical issues

3. Disclosure of Data to Third Parties

3.1. Basic Policy on Third-Party Disclosure

The Company shall not provide personal information to third parties (as defined in the Personal Information Protection Act) without the prior consent of the user, except as permitted by the Personal Information Protection Act or other laws and regulations. However, this shall not apply in the following cases:

  1. When the Company entrusts all or part of the handling of personal information to a third party to the extent necessary to achieve the purpose of use.
  2. When personal information is provided as a result of the succession of business due to a merger or other reasons.

Note: Only the minimum information necessary for providing services is shared with these services, and no personally identifiable information is included.

4. Correction and Deletion of Personal Information

When a user requests correction, deletion, or suspension of use of their personal information through the "Contact" menu within the App, the Company shall confirm that the request is from the user themselves, conduct a necessary investigation without delay, and based on the results, correct, delete, or suspend the use of the personal information and notify the user accordingly. If the Company decides not to correct or suspend use for reasonable grounds, it shall notify the user of such decision.

5. Management of User Information

The Company stores collected user information on servers accessible only by authorized employees and manages it appropriately in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act and this Policy. To ensure the secure management of user information, the Company limits the employees who can access user information and restricts the scope of user information accessible to each employee.

6. Disclaimer

The Company shall not be liable for the acquisition of personal information by third parties in the following cases:

  1. When users themselves disclose personal information to third parties using features of the App or other means
  2. When an individual is unexpectedly identified through information or activity data entered by the user in the contact form
  3. When a third party obtains personal information or other user information outside of the App
  4. When someone other than the user obtains information that can identify the user

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

The Company shall review the operational status of user information handling as appropriate and strive for continuous improvement. This Policy may be changed as necessary. When this Policy is changed, it will be announced on this page.
