プライバシーポリシー

株式会社ドットインストール（以下、「当社」といいます。）は、アプリケーション「Tap Tap 25」（以下、「本アプリ」といいます。）における個人情報を含む利用者情報の取り扱いについて、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシー（以下、「本ポリシー」といいます。）を定めます。未成年の方は、保護者の同意を得たうえで本アプリをご利用ください。

1. 取得する利用者情報および取得方法

本ポリシーにおける「利用者情報」とは、個人情報の保護に関する法律（以下、「個人情報保護法」といいます。）に定める「個人情報」および「個人関連情報」を含むものとします。当社は、以下の利用者情報を、適法かつ公正な手段により取得します。

1.1. お客様からご提供いただく情報

  1. お問い合わせフォーム利用時のメールアドレスおよびお問い合わせ内容

1.2. 本アプリの利用時に自動的に取得される情報

1.2.1. ゲームデータ（端末内に保存）

  1. ゲームの進行データ（ベストスコア、ゲーム設定）
  2. アプリの設定（サウンド設定、表示の好みなど）

1.2.2. 利用状況データ（Apple社が管理）

以下のデータはApple Inc.によって取得・管理されます。

  1. 製品とのインタラクション（アプリのUI操作、ボタンのクリック、スクロール情報、画面遷移など）
  2. アプリの利用頻度、利用時間、セッション情報
  3. 機能の利用状況およびゲームモードの選択
  4. その他のユーザーアクティビティデータ

注: 当社はこのデータを直接取得しません。Appleは、個人を特定できない集計された統計情報の形で、当社に提供する場合があります。

1.2.3. 診断データ（Apple社が管理）

以下のデータはApple Inc.によって取得・管理されます。

  1. クラッシュデータ（クラッシュログ、エラー情報など）
  2. パフォーマンスデータ（起動時間、応答時間、メモリ使用量など）
  3. デバイス情報（OSバージョン、デバイスモデル、画面解像度など）
  4. その他、本アプリに関する技術的な診断を測定する目的で取得されるデータ

注: 当社はこのデータを直接取得しません。Appleは、個人を特定できない集計された統計情報の形で、当社に提供する場合があります。

1.3. 取得しない情報

本アプリは、以下の情報を取得しません。

  1. 氏名や電話番号などの個人を特定できる情報（お問い合わせ時のメールアドレスを除く）
  2. 正確な位置情報
  3. 広告識別子（IDFAなど）
  4. 連絡先情報
  5. 写真、カメラ、マイクへのアクセス

2. 取得したデータの利用目的

当社は、お客様から取得した利用者情報を以下の目的で利用します。利用者情報を取得する際、以下に記載のない個別の利用目的をお客様に通知し、同意を求める場合があります。

2.1. お問い合わせ情報の利用目的

  1. お客様からのお問い合わせへの対応
  2. 本アプリに関するサポートの提供
  3. お客様への連絡（必要な場合のみ）

2.2. ゲームデータの利用目的

  1. ゲームの進行状況やスコアの記録および表示
  2. パーソナライズされたゲーム体験の提供

注: ゲームデータはお客様の端末内にのみ保存されます。

2.3. 利用状況データの利用目的（Appleが提供する統計情報）

Appleが提供する統計情報は、以下の目的で利用します。

  1. 本アプリの機能およびユーザー体験の改善
  2. 新機能の企画および開発
  3. ユーザーインターフェースの最適化
  4. ゲームプレイ体験の分析および改善
  5. 本アプリの利用傾向の把握

注: このデータは個人を特定できない統計情報として利用されます。

2.4. 診断データの利用目的（Appleが提供する統計情報）

Appleが提供する統計情報は、以下の目的で利用します。

  1. 本アプリの安定性の向上およびバグの修正
  2. パフォーマンスの最適化
  3. システムエラーの特定および解決
  4. 本アプリの品質の向上
  5. 技術的な問題の診断および改善

注: このデータは個人を特定できない統計情報として利用されます。

3. 第三者へのデータの提供

3.1. 第三者提供に関する基本方針

当社は、個人情報保護法その他の法令により認められる場合を除き、お客様の事前の同意なく個人情報を第三者（個人情報保護法に定めるもの）に提供しません。ただし、以下の場合はこの限りではありません。

  1. 当社が利用目的の達成に必要な範囲内において、個人情報の取り扱いの全部または一部を第三者に委託する場合
  2. 合併その他の事由による事業の承継に伴って個人情報が提供される場合
  3. 国の機関もしくは地方公共団体またはその委託を受けた者が法令の定める事務を遂行することに対して協力する必要がある場合であって、お客様の同意を得ることにより当該事務の遂行に支障を及ぼすおそれがある場合
  4. その他、個人情報保護法その他の法令により認められる場合

3.2. 第三者サービス

本アプリは、以下の第三者サービスを利用する場合があります。

3.2.1. Apple Inc.（利用状況データおよび診断データ）

注: これらのサービスには、サービス提供に必要な最小限の情報のみが共有され、個人を特定できる情報は含まれません。

4. 個人情報の訂正および削除

お客様がApp Store内の「お問い合わせ」メニューを通じてご自身の個人情報の訂正、削除、または利用停止を請求された場合、当社は、ご本人からの請求であることを確認のうえ、遅滞なく必要な調査を行い、その結果に基づいて個人情報の訂正、削除、または利用停止を行い、お客様にその旨を通知します。合理的な理由により訂正または利用停止を行わない旨を決定した場合は、お客様にその旨を通知します。

5. 利用者情報の管理

当社は、取得した利用者情報を、権限を有する従業員のみがアクセスできるサーバーに保管し、個人情報保護法および本ポリシーに従って適切に管理します。利用者情報の安全な管理を確保するため、当社は、利用者情報にアクセスできる従業員を限定し、各従業員がアクセスできる利用者情報の範囲を制限します。

6. 免責事項

当社は、以下の場合における第三者による個人情報の取得について、責任を負わないものとします。

  1. お客様ご自身が本アプリの機能またはその他の手段を用いて第三者に個人情報を開示した場合
  2. お客様がお問い合わせフォームに入力した情報やアクティビティデータによって、予期せず個人が特定された場合
  3. 第三者が本アプリの外で個人情報その他の利用者情報を取得した場合
  4. お客様ご本人以外の者がお客様を特定できる情報を取得した場合

7. 本プライバシーポリシーの変更

当社は、利用者情報の取り扱いの運用状況を適宜見直し、継続的な改善に努めます。本ポリシーは必要に応じて変更することがあります。本ポリシーを変更した場合は、本ページにて告知します。

8. お問い合わせ

本ポリシーに関するお問い合わせは、App Store内の「お問い合わせ」メニューからお願いいたします。

附則

  1. 本ポリシーは2026年4月1日より施行する。

Privacy Policy

dotinstall, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") hereby establishes this Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as "this Policy") regarding the handling of user information, including personal information, in the application "Tap Tap 25" (hereinafter referred to as "the App"). If you are a minor, please use the App only with the consent of a parent or guardian.

1. User Information Collected and Methods of Collection

"User information" in this Policy includes "personal information" and "personal-related information" as defined by the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (hereinafter referred to as the "Personal Information Protection Act"). The Company collects the following user information through lawful and fair methods.

1.1. Information Provided by Users

  1. Email address and inquiry content when using the contact form

1.2. Information Automatically Collected During App Use

1.2.1. Game Data (Stored on Device)

  1. Game progress data (best score, game settings)
  2. App settings (sound settings, display preferences, etc.)

1.2.2. Usage Data (Managed by Apple)

The following data is collected and managed by Apple Inc.

  1. Product interactions (app UI operations, button clicks, scroll information, screen transitions, etc.)
  2. App usage frequency, usage time, and session information
  3. Feature usage status and game mode selection
  4. Other user activity data

Note: The Company does not directly collect this data. Apple may provide it to the Company in the form of aggregated statistical information that cannot identify individuals.

1.2.3. Diagnostic Data (Managed by Apple)

The following data is collected and managed by Apple Inc.

  1. Crash data (crash logs, error information, etc.)
  2. Performance data (launch time, response time, memory usage, etc.)
  3. Device information (OS version, device model, screen resolution, etc.)
  4. Other data collected for the purpose of measuring technical diagnostics related to the App

Note: The Company does not directly collect this data. Apple may provide it to the Company in the form of aggregated statistical information that cannot identify individuals.

1.3. Information Not Collected

The App does not collect the following information:

  1. Personally identifiable information such as name or phone number (except for email address when making inquiries)
  2. Precise location information
  3. Advertising identifiers (IDFA, etc.)
  4. Contact information
  5. Access to photos, camera, or microphone

2. Purpose of Use of Collected Data

The Company uses user information collected from users for the following purposes. When collecting user information, the Company may notify users of individual purposes not listed below and request consent.

2.1. Purpose of Use of Inquiry Information

  1. Responding to inquiries from users
  2. Providing support related to the App
  3. Contacting users (only when necessary)

2.2. Purpose of Use of Game Data

  1. Recording and displaying game progress and scores
  2. Providing a personalized gaming experience

Note: Game data is stored only on your device.

2.3. Purpose of Use of Usage Data (Statistical Information Provided by Apple)

Statistical information provided by Apple is used for the following purposes:

  1. Improving App features and user experience
  2. Planning and developing new features
  3. Optimizing the user interface
  4. Analyzing and improving gameplay experience
  5. Understanding App usage trends

Note: This data is used as statistical information that cannot identify individuals.

2.4. Purpose of Use of Diagnostic Data (Statistical Information Provided by Apple)

Statistical information provided by Apple is used for the following purposes:

  1. Improving App stability and fixing bugs
  2. Optimizing performance
  3. Identifying and resolving system errors
  4. Improving App quality
  5. Diagnosing and improving technical issues

Note: This data is used as statistical information that cannot identify individuals.

3. Disclosure of Data to Third Parties

3.1. Basic Policy on Third-Party Disclosure

The Company shall not provide personal information to third parties (as defined in the Personal Information Protection Act) without the prior consent of the user, except as permitted by the Personal Information Protection Act or other laws and regulations. However, this shall not apply in the following cases:

  1. When the Company entrusts all or part of the handling of personal information to a third party to the extent necessary to achieve the purpose of use.
  2. When personal information is provided as a result of the succession of business due to a merger or other reasons.
  3. When it is necessary to cooperate with a national or local government agency, or a person entrusted by such agency, in performing duties prescribed by laws and regulations, and obtaining the consent of the user may impede the performance of such duties.
  4. Other cases permitted by the Personal Information Protection Act or other laws and regulations.

3.2. Third-Party Services

The App may use the following third-party services:

3.2.1. Apple Inc. (Usage and Diagnostic Data)

Note: Only the minimum information necessary for providing services is shared with these services, and no personally identifiable information is included.

4. Correction and Deletion of Personal Information

When a user requests correction, deletion, or suspension of use of their personal information through the "Contact" menu within the App, the Company shall confirm that the request is from the user themselves, conduct a necessary investigation without delay, and based on the results, correct, delete, or suspend the use of the personal information and notify the user accordingly. If the Company decides not to correct or suspend use for reasonable grounds, it shall notify the user of such decision.

5. Management of User Information

The Company stores collected user information on servers accessible only by authorized employees and manages it appropriately in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act and this Policy. To ensure the secure management of user information, the Company limits the employees who can access user information and restricts the scope of user information accessible to each employee.

6. Disclaimer

The Company shall not be liable for the acquisition of personal information by third parties in the following cases:

  1. When users themselves disclose personal information to third parties using features of the App or other means
  2. When an individual is unexpectedly identified through information or activity data entered by the user in the contact form
  3. When a third party obtains personal information or other user information outside of the App
  4. When someone other than the user obtains information that can identify the user

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

The Company shall review the operational status of user information handling as appropriate and strive for continuous improvement. This Policy may be changed as necessary. When this Policy is changed, it will be announced on this page.

Supplementary Provisions

  1. This Policy shall take effect on April 1, 2026.
